Arrive Thursday and leave on Sunday. This residency is designed so logistics are not a distraction.

The goal is to provide everything you need and remove unnecessary decisions, so the important ones can finally be made.

How to Prepare

You will immediately need:

  • A Pro level ChatGPT account ($20/mo)
  • An email service provider such as Kit or AWeber, even if it isn't fully setup yet.
  • An e-commerce engine. If you don't have a fully developed website, we will setup a solution like Beacons.
  • Up to 20 images of yourself to train your AI image model

You will not immediately need:

  • A complete website or blog, however it may be added to your future roadmap.

Two Ways to Experience the Residency

  • Solo Private Residency

    Designed for those who want deep focus, full personalization, and uninterrupted strategic space. We work privately throughout the residency, with every system and decision tailored to your business.

  • Duo Private Residency

    Designed for two friends, founders, or accountability partners at a similar stage who would benefit from shared insight, contrast, momentum, and accountability. Each participant has private lodging (shared bathroom), with shared strategy and building sessions.

Residency Investment

The Residency at Elite Suite is intentionally focused, immersive, and designed for completion. This experience plus ongoing support is valued at over $10,000.

Solo Private Residency: $4500

Duo Private Residency: $3000 per person

Upon application acceptance, a non refundable 5% deposit holds your dates. Any adjustments or existing membership or coaching credits are then applied, and 50% of the remaining balance is due within 30 days. The remaining balance is then due 10 days prior to arrival.

After the Residency Weekend

The residency includes a structured transition period, with three months of private support followed by a year inside Elite Social Circle. This allows you to move from hands-on guidance into confident, independent execution with ongoing strategic community support.
