By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing to a membership, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

Sassy Suite LLC provides education, coaching, memberships, digital products, tools, and resources related to social marketing, personal branding, content strategy, business systems, artificial intelligence, online business growth, and related topics.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to, digital products, memberships, courses, downloadable resources, live or recorded training, coaching, communities, AI-powered tools, newsletters, blog content, templates, workbooks, podcasts, and other educational materials.

The information and Services provided through this Site are for educational and informational purposes only.

Electronic Communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared, misused, accessed fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

Age Requirements

Our Services are intended for adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Individuals under the age of 18 may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases made by individuals under 18 should be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Purchases and Payment

Prices for products, memberships, coaching, courses, and other Services are displayed at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Sassy Suite LLC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information.

Prices, products, programs, and availability may change at any time. Changes will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products and Courses

Digital products may include ebooks, templates, workbooks, downloadable resources, courses, recordings, prompts, guides, or other electronically delivered materials.

Because digital products and course materials are generally made available immediately after purchase, purchases of digital products and prerecorded courses are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated on the applicable sales page.

Memberships and Subscription Services

Sassy Suite LLC may offer recurring memberships or subscription-based Services, including programs such as Elite Social Circle and Suite Social Insider.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval selected during checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the cancellation method provided through your account, membership platform, or by contacting us at hello@brendaster.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals.

Payments already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or required by law.

You will continue to have access to the applicable membership or subscription benefits through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

Live Training, Coaching, and Private Services

Policies for private coaching, consulting, residencies, speaking engagements, workshops, and other live services may vary depending on the specific engagement.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, cancellation requests received at least 30 days before a scheduled private service may be eligible for a refund less a 25 percent cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

If a separate contract, proposal, sales page, or service agreement contains different cancellation or payment terms, the terms of that specific agreement will control.

Physical Products and Shipping

If physical products are offered through the Site, processing times, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times will be disclosed at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a physical order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact hello@brendaster.com so we can assist with available resolution options.

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

Discount codes and promotional offers apply only as stated at the time they are offered.

Unless otherwise specified, discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases or prior subscription charges.

Promotional pricing may apply only to an initial purchase or billing period.

If a subscription is purchased at a temporary promotional rate, future renewals may occur at the then-current standard rate when disclosed at the time of purchase.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this Site, in our emails, social media content, resources, or educational materials may be affiliate links.

This means Sassy Suite LLC or Brenda Ster may receive a commission or other compensation if you click a link and make a purchase. Using an affiliate link does not generally increase the price you pay.

We reserve the right to moderate community spaces, remove content, limit participation, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, our business, our intellectual property, or other members.

We are not obligated to monitor every interaction or submission.

Views expressed by members, guests, contributors, or participants are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Sassy Suite LLC.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, Services, memberships, communities, or accounts when reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, misuse of our intellectual property, abusive behavior, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, security concerns, or conduct that materially harms our business or community.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Sassy Suite LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site, a purchase, or the Services.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, disputes subject to arbitration will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with applicable rules.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by the parties, arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in a court when arbitration is unavailable, legally prohibited, or when court involvement is necessary to enforce an arbitration agreement or award.

Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding against the other unless applicable law provides otherwise or both parties expressly agree.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws must apply.

For disputes properly heard in court rather than arbitration, the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

International Users

The Site is operated from the United States.

If you access the Site or Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with laws that apply in your location.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
