- MA in Organizational Communication and MBA in Marketing, plus numerous certificates in AI, leadership, and systems. Understanding people and understanding business belong in the same conversation.
- 20+ years in executive corporate life, bringing structure, perspective, and a healthy appreciation for a plan that actually works.
- 13 years in social selling and coaching, helping entrepreneurs build through content, community, and connection.
- Built multiple six- and seven-figure businesses, and learned that the size of a business only tells part of its story.
- Spoken to thousands from the stage, teaching personal branding, authentic voice, and connection before promotion.
- Built communities of over 100,000 on Facebook and 50,000 on TikTok, with personality and relationships at the center.
- Rebuilt my business as a team of one, using systems, structure, and AI as my assistant.
- Promoted AI to assistant. Kept the judgment, voice, and very strong opinions for myself.

I've built success.
I've also had to rebuild.
In 2024, my mother died. I faced a second breast cancer diagnosis and underwent a double mastectomy. I let go of my team and watched the business I'd built begin to unravel.
It was a collapse. And it changed what I wanted my business to look like.
I rebuilt as a team of one, with systems, structure, and AI as my assistant. I also shared the real story: the grief, the hard parts, and the process of finding my footing again.
Not all success is aligned.
Not all growth is sustainable.
That experience shapes everything I teach today. I want you to build something that supports your energy, your strengths, and the life you want to live. A business with room for ambition and room for being human.
